Animal Control

Dinwiddie Sheriff's Office Department of Animal Control is responsible for

      laws and ordinances

moreInvestigation of rabies cases
moreInvestigation of livestock claims due to stray dogs
moreInvestigating cruelty complaints

 

Animal Control Officers are on duty weekdays from 8 am - 4 pm  as well as being available for emergencies on evenings and weekends.
