Building Inspection The office of the Building Inspector, under the direction of Jerry Perkinson , is the local agency responsible for enforcement of the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code. To see if a "Building Permit" is required for your project, contact a member of our staff.

Building permits are required for projects such as:
