A Board of Zoning Appeals consisting of five members shall be appointed by the circuit court of the county. The Board of Zoning Appeals may authorize variances from the terms of the zoning ordinance, hear appeals to decisions made in an administrative capacity, and resolve zoning district boundary line discrepancies.  The Board of Zoning Appeals’ meetings are held every other month, on the third Thursday of the month, beginning at 7:00 P.M.  There are a total of six meetings per year.
