In addition to the County Tax there is a separate Town tax incurred for properties located within the Town limits of McKenney. (EXAMPLE: 80A1 & 80A2) Contact: Town Hall at 804-478-4621 on Tuesday and Friday between hours of
2:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

Elected by the citizens of Dinwiddie County, William E. Jones is directly responsible for the receipt and collection of revenue, the safekeeping of revenue, and the appropriate accounting for and disbursements of revenue. The Treasurer is responsible for collection of State funds under the Code of Virginia. Mr. Jones and his staff are committed to provide high quality, affordable, and efficient services for the citizens of the County.
