CASE C-23-3.  Campground on the property containing approximately 186.00 +/- acres.  The A-2 zoning district allows, for a RV campground with a conditional use permit.  The property is located on the north side of Nash Rd. (Route 647) approximately 0.43 miles west of the intersection of Nash Rd. (Route 647) and Route 1, Dinwiddie, Virginia and is further defined as Tax Map Parcel No. 44-26A.  As indicated in the Dinwiddie County Comprehensive Land Use Plan, the subject property is located within the Planned Growth Area, which allows for low-density residential and agricultural uses for this general area
