Halloweenfest is a yearly occurrence for Dinwiddie County Parks & Recreation! The event is held at the Ragsdale Community Center in partnership with the Town of McKenney! Come enjoy a Costume Contest, Halloween themed Games, Spoooooky Crafts & Snacks, a Petting Zoo, and MORE!!!
