Bills are issued on a bimonthly basis. Property owners must authorize tenants to obtain services from the Town of McKenney. A $20 nonfundable application fee is required at the time of application. Also, a deposit is required at the time of application from tenants equal to three minimum bills.
Bills are due 25 days from the date they are mailed. A $10 late charge is added after the due date. Water service is deactivated if the bill is not paid 15 days after the initial due date. A $50 reactivation fee applies if not paid before the cutoff date.
Bills may be paid at the Bank of McKenney or mailed to the address reflected above. You are asked to bring the exact change if paying at the Town Office.
Trash is picked up every Monday. Please place your trash containers close to the road by 8:00 am. Containers cannot be larger than a 32-gallon container nor weigh more than 50 pounds and must have handles and lid.
