The Virginia Department of Elections has issued an order to hold Primary Elections for the offices of Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, and the Virginia House of Delegates. If offices have one or fewer qualified candidates by the March 30, 2021 deadline, no primary for that office will be held.
